Please use the demos before buying. There will be no refunds for buyers remorse, change of mind or issues that would have been obvious using the demo.
Refunds
Only double purchases of the same item will be refunded if you provide the transaction ID. Please use a notecard containing all relevant information to the transaction.
Redelivery
Please use the redelivery terminal inside the store for any lost items or delivery issues.
Other Issues
For any other issues please send a notecard to Aemilia Case containing iterations and your name in the title. Should you not receive a response in 48 hrs please feel free to contact me directly. As always do not accept objects from unknown residents. iterations will not be responsible for you wearing an unknown object that might cause issues with your account.
